Why the education system in the Philippines is full of ROTTEN and failure?

How does it affect to students, teachers, and aspiring teachers? Solutions on this issue

MAIN CAUSE: Rotten 1987 FAIL-LEFT-PAIN (Philippine) CONS-SHIT-TUTION (Constitution).

Solution: Federalism. How federalism works?

Based on the roles of president and executive branch, presidential system (US democracy style) ang gamit natin. Only president can appoints DepEd, CHED and TESDA.

Solution: Parliamentary system.

Based on Article 10 Section 9-11, our FDI is restrictive. This video is about the arguments of FDI restrictive. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WjiL37oQ890t=62s Nandiyan na rin ang epekto niyan.

Solution: Remove this to our constitution. Make our country free/liberalize market economy.

List of education systems will not work anymore this 21st century.

1. The students gave more academic pressure.

Many students affects their mental health. And remember this logic. The more pressure to students, less moral lesson applied and less productivity. Look at this data from PISA 2019. Ang baba. Naka-focus na lang tayo more on both written tasks and performance tasks, instead students develop their positive mentality and disciplines. Making more stressful to those students will not work anymore in this century. Look at the countries na inungusan tayo. Sorry, Filipino Youths already influenced by the Europeans and American Attitudes.
Solution: Why don't make our academics less pressure and less priority and the extracurricular activities natin ang mas gawin nating priority? Question, bakit ang extracurricular ang gagawing priority than acads? Extracurricular activities is the gateway para i-develop ang magiging career natin at ready na tayo kapag college na practically. Less priority on extracurricular activities is the reason why many Filipino youths are not decided what courses they want in college at marami sa kanila ang hindi nakakakuha ng right job.

2. Roles, responsibilities, and tasks of teachers is overloaded. Also, the students affect to this.

DepEd Central Agency, Regional, Division, or School Administrations always give overloaded tasks to our beloved teachers. Kung tutuusin, nurse/doctor and librarian diyan. Even sa election watcher, sila pa ang may hawak niyan.

Solution: Minimize the overloaded tasks to our teachers. Shorten the learning competencies. Then, make the roles of teachers are the following. They must monitor the performance of every students. Consider themselves as second parents. And, they matters only in terms of paper is about lesson plan, grades, and performance of every students.

3. Less priority of extracurricular activities than academic tasks.

4. Error Information Printed in Modules
Of course, kulang sa accountability ang DepEd and CHED since we don't practice parliamentary system.

5. Overcompetition
Effects is lalo lang nagiging obsessive ang marami sa "with honors", "with high honors", "with highest honor", at "top ten rank". Or, nagiging obsessed sila sa achievements.
Solutions: Pass-or-fail system ONLY.

6. Heavy Different Professional Licensure Requirements
Solution: Make the requirements for licensure easy just like in Norway. After you graduated in professional course you want, you already have licensure.

7. Lack of accountability in school/college administrations.

Of course, kung kulang ng accountability, more UNFAIR ACTIVITIES did. Parang nangyayari iyan sa national government. Example: Padrino System.

Solution: Change our government system into parliamentary system. This system will make more behave to majority leaders in our countries. More good leaders, more positive attitude breeds to the society due to their being role model.

8. Values Education is less time hours of all subjects to Basic Education Curriculum since Kinder.
Values Education allotted not more than 2 hours every week of all subjects. That is the reason why Filipino youth exponentially breeding negative attitude and mindset.

Solution: Instead of making the Filipino students more stressful in other subjects, make the Values Education teach 5 hours a week. Why? Remember the quote, "Ang kabataan ang pag-asa ng bayan." They should inspire more, teach them a rightful doctrine and promote Filipino core values to improve themselves.

9. Strand Discrimination and Wrong Combination of Professions. Both mostly from teachers and students.

That is the sad reality in the Philippines.

Solution: Open FDI and Parliamentary System. Sa open FDI, more on-demand job offer sa atin came from fully foreign-owned investors.
