According to the option's description, it"improves shadow quality with beam design, which generates shadows with more natural softness, greatly improved precision, and from additional light sources."

To be clear, this isn't occurring from the live version of buy wow classic gold but on its own public servers. It's here that Blizzard tests upcoming changes to the match, such as the coming level cap squish (maximum level players will now only be level 50, together with all the new level cap being 60 if Shadowlands releases) along with the overhauled new player experience.
